5. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the USA to Australia. Shipping costs are free. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 14-day refund window from the date you receive your order.
  • Refunds are processed within a maximum of 7 days after receiving your returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return address will be provided after your return request.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are available.
