Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your clock. If something's not right, we'll make it work.

Look, buying something online can feel risky. You can't hold it in your hands or see how it looks on your wall. We get that. That's why we keep our return process simple and fair.

If your clock arrives and it's not what you expected, or if something goes wrong with shipping, just let us know. We're here to help sort it out.

1 The 14-Day Window

You've got two weeks from the day your clock shows up to decide if you want to keep it. That's 14 days to unbox it, hang it up, see how it looks in your space, and make sure you're happy with it.

If you change your mind during those 14 days, no worries. Just reach out and we'll walk you through sending it back.

2 When Something Goes Wrong

Sometimes packages take a beating during shipping. Or maybe we sent you the wrong clock by accident. These things happen, even though we try hard to avoid them.

If your clock arrives damaged, broken, or it's not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours. The sooner we know, the faster we can fix it.

3 How Returns Actually Work

Here's the deal with sending something back:

1 Get in touch first. Don't just ship it back without telling us. We need to give you the return address and make a note in our system.
2 Pack it up carefully. Use the original box if you still have it. If not, wrap it well so it doesn't get damaged on the way back.
3 You pay for return shipping. Unless we messed up (wrong item, damaged, defective), the cost of sending it back is on you. We know that's not ideal, but that's how we keep our prices fair for everyone.

The clock needs to be in the same condition you got it in. That means no major scratches, no missing pieces, and the original packaging if possible. We can't accept returns for clocks that have been damaged after delivery.

4 Getting Your Money Back

Once we get your return and check that everything's okay, we'll process your refund. It usually takes about 7 days after the clock arrives back at our warehouse.

The money goes back to whatever card or payment method you used when you bought it. Sometimes banks take a few extra days to show the refund on your statement, but that's on their end, not ours.

We'll send you an email when we process the refund so you know it's done.

5 Swapping for a Different Clock

Changed your mind about the style? Want a different size or color? We can do exchanges.

Just contact us and tell us which clock you want instead. We'll let you know if it's in stock and give you instructions for the swap. Same rules apply as regular returns. The clock needs to be in good condition and in the original packaging.

6 About Your Bank Statement

When you check your credit card or bank statement, you'll see a charge from "dekorlane" or something similar. That's us. Sometimes payment processors use slightly different names, but it's all going to the same place.

If you see a charge you don't recognize, check your email confirmation first. If you're still confused, reach out and we'll help figure it out.
